In order to have a successful booking you need to make your plans and get everything in order from as soon as possible. For example, if you are looking to book a band then you need to be sure that you book well beforehand. This is especially important if you are having the function in near the new years or Christmas etc.

Space requirement

Before you start making any plans for the deco or the band or the dance floor you need to check out the space availability at the venue you have chosen. Therefore before you make you hall booking you need to go and check out the place and see what the restrictions are. Some halls have rules regarding the deco such as no candles allowed etc. Therefore go and check the place out first.

Consider your budget

This is an important aspect. There is no point in getting into debt trying to spend money that you cannot afford to spend. Therefore when looking for the hall, the deco and wedding entertainment in Melbourne, you need to be sure that the expense for it is well within your budget. Look for more than one option and don’t just settle for the first one you find. Keep looking until you find the perfect musicians or dancers that can deliver what you are looking for and if they fit within your budget then hire otherwise keep looking.

Get references

Always ask for past references. This can help to sure that you are getting you’re the quality that you are promised and that your money is spent wisely. Ask not only for testimonial but also ask if you can contact past clients and get a recommendation. You can also ask of demo CD or tapes so you can listen or see if they can deliver what you are looking for.

Besides these make sure that you treat those you hire with respect. For example if your band is travelling for more than 2 hours to get to the venue then make sure that they have a place where they can change and freshen up. Have food and drinks ready to ensure that they have high-energy to perform on your big day.

Get It On Disc!

Are you musically inclined? Are you a natural at singing, or are you able to take to an instrument as a duck does to water?
Way back in 1954, a young, blonde truck driver from Memphis, Tennessee walked in to a local studio to record a song as a gift for his mother. Sam Phillips, the owner of the studio asked the lad “who do you sound like?”, and was met with the reply “I don’t sound like nobody”. A few takes of the beautiful ballad “My Happiness”, and the young man walked out with the perfect gift for his favourite human being.

Amazing things can happen when you hone a talent that you have been blessed with. What’s to say that you couldn’t make it big as a singer or as a musician some day? You’ll never know, unless you take that first step towards a finest recording studio in Sydney.

Located in the pristine state of New South Wales, not too far from the beautiful Blue Mountains, we are proud of our 2 beautiful recording studios.
